解决不能访问 https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ 问题

一些三方工具或包 都保存在 https://raw.githubusercontent.com/，但国内网络通常无法直接访问。主要原因是 域名解析错误，需要编辑hosts文件来解决。

1. 通过 https://www.ipaddress.com 网站查询 raw.githubusercontent.com的真实ip
2. 修改 hosts文件
